What You Learn in the English IPMA® Level D Course

The course gives you a practical foundation in project management. You learn how to turn project goals into a workable plan, manage tasks, schedules and resources, and work effectively with stakeholders and project teams.

You also explore traditional, agile and hybrid approaches and learn when each can be useful. The course follows the IPMA® ICB4 competence model and combines project management methods with communication and teamwork skills.

Training and Certification Are Separate

REUTER Management Training prepares you for IPMA® Level D. The independent certification and examination are conducted by PM-ZERT.

Seminar Structure: Six Training Days with Guided Study

The IPMA® Level D course combines six live training days in Modules D1 and D2 with guided self-study over around two months. An online kick-off before Module D1 introduces the course structure, learning platform and certification process.

Eligible participants may be able to fund the English IPMA® Level D course with a Bildungsgutschein from the Agentur für Arbeit or Jobcenter.

For this funding route, both the training provider and the selected training measure must meet the required AZAV approval requirements. REUTER Management Training is an AZAV-approved training provider and offers approved project management training measures.
